Becoming a Yoga Teacher is a Journey of Transformation and taking the leap to become a yoga teacher is no small decision. It’s a powerful step—emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. You're not just signing up for a course; you're stepping into a path of deeper self-awareness and service to others.
To support those considering this journey, I’ve created a Free Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Guide. This guide is designed to give aspiring yoga teachers a clear, honest understanding of what YTT involves—how the course is structured, what to be aware of before enrolling, and what truly matters when choosing a training program.
The guide includes four in-depth videos, where I break down everything you need to know. It’s completely free, and if you find it helpful, I’d be so grateful if you shared it with friends or on your social media.
In today’s world, there's a flood of information (and unfortunately, misinformation) about yoga teacher training. It can be overwhelming. Some still believe you can become a fully equipped yoga teacher through an entirely online course—without ever practicing with a mentor or guiding a student in real life. But teaching yoga is more than memorising postures. It’s about connection, presence, and authentic experience.
Being a yoga teacher is a deep honour. We hold space for people to heal, to grow, and to rediscover balance in their lives. That responsibility deserves real preparation and heartfelt intention.
Thanks so much for helping spread the word.!And if you have any questions—or feel called to begin your own journey as a yoga teacher—I’d love to hear from you.
Warm wishes, Kristina Rihanoff
