Reformer Yogalates training course for qualified wellbeing & fitness professionals.

We are pleased to release Reformer Yogalates 2 weekends teacher training as we need to expand our team and we need to train new teachers and will offer to teach for us from June!

What to Expect on the course and what it’s about:

The current training dates we would like to put the training on are May 20/21 and 27/28 10-7pm 2023.

The first weekend will cover beginners and intermediate reformer pilates exercises. The second weekend will be covering 3 different types of yogalates classes:
*Yogalates Flow on reformer (a fusion of yoga & a pilates class) for all levels
*Yogalates for elderly (a fusion of chair yoga and pilates on the reformer),
*Barre class on jumpboard & tower conditioning

Please note that the spaces are limited as we have only 8 Half Cadillacs reformer beds. During the training you will cover the reformer bed, jump board, tower and box exercises.

Who can take the training?

The Reformer Yogalates training is available to anyone who already has completed the training as a Yoga teacher, Mat Pilates or Personal trainer and you have successfully completed anatomy & physiology training prior to this course.

Who’s leading the training:

Janice Watson has been a qualified exercise to music instructor since 2006, Diploma in Mat based Pilates level 3 & Reformer Pilates instructor

Kristina Pchenitchnykh ( Rihanoff) founder of Soo Yoga, Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher, accredited The CPD group training provider

Caroline Arrowsmith
Certified with The Royal Academy of Dance in Ballet, Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher
