Barre Sculpt classes incorporate a fusion of ballet, pilates and functional training. During each session, you will sculpt, tone and stretch your whole body using a variety of exercises to motivational music. Exceptional class to tone your legs, glutes, and core! These classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and absolutely NO BALLET KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED!
