McTimoney Chiropractic is a highly effective, specific, light and swift technique of adjustments for the spine and limbs of the body.
Chiropractic is the third largest primary health care profession in the world after Medicine and Dentistry, and is concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints and muscles), and the effects of these disorders on the function of the nervous system and general health. We have a specialist interest in neck and back pain but take the entire physical, emotional and social wellbeing into account with every patient.

McTimoney Chiropractic is a method of chiropractic developed by the late John McTimoney over 50 years ago and is taught exclusively at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Oxfordshire and Manchester. It is well known for being a precise, whole body assessment technique. The gentle nature of the McTimoney method makes it especially suitable for people of all ages.
What We Treat
Chiropractors diagnose, treat and help prevent various mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, with special emphasis on the spine. We emphasise manual therapy including spinal manipulation and other joint and soft-tissue manipulation, as well as advising on exercises, and health and lifestyle counselling.
