Soo Yoga is a unique class-based fitness centre in Northampton.  Adopting a holistic approach to our members wellbeing we offer an extensive range of classes including all styles of yoga, reformer Pilates, dance, cycling, spin, Hiit and meditation.  Delivered in state-of-the art, professionally equipped studios our classes are instructor led and suitable for all ages and abilities.  With classes starting from 7am and exclusive access to our onsite creche facility, Soo Greens café and free parking, we pride ourselves in supporting and enabling our members to prioritise their physical and mental health.

Tried Soo Yoga after friends telling me how good it is, on their trial month offer.  Am shocked how much I enjoy going, the class-based workout is definitely for me.  Lovely friendly feel, everyone there knows your name.  It’s like nowhere I have been before.  Count me in as a full member and try keeping me away.  Feel so much better mentally and physically in such a short space of time.  Highly recommended if you feel intimidated by other gyms and want to have a variety of fun classes with brilliant teachers."
